Ingredients:

A group of bushes with a mountain in the background

– Muffin tin

– Non-stick cooking spray

– 4 eggs

– 1 cup cocoa powder

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– ½ teaspoon salt

Optional:

A tree next to a body of water

If you use this optional ingredient, I recommend using a bar of chocolate or a chocolate mix. There’s no particular amount to put in – it depends on how much you want. For example, if you have a mix of M & M’s and Oreos, use half M&M’s and half Oreos. If there are nuts inside the mix, cut down your M&M’s and Oreos by half as well. Also, reduce the butter from ¾ cup to 3 tablespoons. The optional ingredients change the consistency of the batter, so you might want to add a little more milk to make sure it’s still pourable.

– ¾ cup butter

– 1 cup sugar

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– ¼ cup milk

Optional ingredients:

– M&M’s

– Oreos

– Nuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease the bottoms and sides of 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. If desired, sprinkle M&M’s, Oreos, or nuts over the top of each brownie.

4. Bake for 10 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Muffins are done when they spring back when gently pressed with your finger and just start to get cracks on top.

5. Allow muffins to cool before serving, about 15 minutes. Muffins can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
