The best Easy Fall baking Recipies

Fall is the perfect time to get in the kitchen and start baking! So even if you are a beginner you still can try. Here’s a list of easy fall recipes for you to try.

15 minutes pumpkin gingerbread cake:

This recipe takes only 15 minutes to prepare. It’s such an easy fall baking recipe!

Brown sugar apple pie bars:

These bars are so delicious, you can’t even tell they’re made with fruit.

Cinnamon roll coffee cake:

You need this in your life! The cinnamon filling and icing will remind you of Cinnabons from years past, and if that isn’t enough to convince you, it tastes amazing too!

Cranberry orange pull-apart bread:

This cranberry orange pull-apart bread is the perfect addition to your fall baking list! Get the recipe here.

Dark chocolate spiced cake with pomegranate molasses glaze:

If you’re looking for a way to warm up on a chilly autumn day, try this dark chocolate cake made with hot cocoa mix and spicy cardamom.

Gingerbread apple crumble bars:

These are so good, you have no idea! They are perfect if you want something sweet but healthy for breakfast or even dessert after dinner. You can put Costco pumpkin pie filling in there too which makes them taste exactly like pumpkin pie. I hate that I love them so much.

Pumpkin coffee cake:

The mix of spices in this pumpkin coffee cake is totally autumnal, but the cream cheese frosting makes it perfect any time of the year! Get the recipe here.

Pumpkin latte cupcakes with cinnamon buttercream frosting:

These are perfect for fall, I was obsessed with them when I made them last year. You can read more about my experience here.

Apple pie muffins with streusel topping:

These apple pie muffins are a bit reminiscent of Apple pie oatmeal breakfast bars, but they’re way more portable and perfect to grab on your way out the door in the morning!

Chai latte chocolate chip scones:

The best part about these is how the chai tea in them makes a delicious “mocha” glaze that covers all of the scones. You can even drizzle some on top to make it look pretty (like I did).

Maple bacon pumpkin muffins:

These are totally addicting! You can’t really taste the bacon, but you know it’s there and that makes them so much more delicious.

Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins:

The pumpkin in these adds nice moistness to your muffin and they’re topped with chocolate chips for extra sweetness. Yum!

Peanut butter apple oatmeal bars:

These peanut butter apple oatmeal bars are made with applesauce, maple syrup, and oats – no flour, no oil! They’re vegan too if you use vegan peanut butter.

Apple pie coffee cake:

This is basically an apple-pie-meets-coffee cake mashup, and it totally works! The spices are perfect with the cake, and I love how they are subtle enough to be enjoyed even if you don’t have a huge thing for fall/apple flavours.

Cheesecake stuffed apple cinnamon rolls:

This is one of my favourite easy fall baking recipes ever! It’s like regular cinnamon rolls but way better because it has cheesecake filling inside instead of buttercream frosting (so yes, it really can get better than this).
